To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unscratched, and with all packaging intact. Please ensure that you include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Damages and Issues: If you receive a damaged item or defective book, or if there are any issues with your order, please contact us immediately. We will gladly assist you and make it right.

Exceptions: Please note that certain items, such as personalised or custom-made books, are not eligible for return. Additionally, any final sale items cannot be returned.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
